At BINT, every project is unique. The precise nature of the architectural appearance should be achieved in a balanced and measured way. Similarities between our projects consist out of clear and powerful concepts, laboriously constructed designs and the close cooperation with the customers.

Vision

Program analysis, the surrounding area, needs of the client and other conditions is the starting point for every project at BINT. When the analysis is finisched, a clear and powerful concept which forms the basis for every project is developed. The design concept is applied consistently throughout the project. Besides the concept, also the integration of the environment is important for further development. For BINT it is very important that the development is in good agreement with the client and other parties involved in the design process. This is a condition to achieve clear, functional and beautiful buildings.
process

At BINT, every project is unique. The precise nature of the architectural appearance should be achieved in a balanced and measured way. Similarities between our projects consist out of clear and powerful concepts, laboriously constructed designs and the close cooperation with the customers.

The project itself is the center point of the process [see organization chart]. The client is added to the design-team to guarantee good communication throughout the project. Depending on the size and type of a project, various consultants are added to the project-team.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

The BIM process is focused on saving and managing all relevant building information in a three-dimensional model.
All parties involved in the design-process are working with the same information and therefore the entire project, from design to completion, becomes an efficient and transparent process.

Building costs, construction, installations, materialization and spatial quality are integrated with each other, which may require adjustments at any time in the design-process.

In the BIM process all relevant building information is saved and can be managed with a 3D model. Big advantage is that all parties involved in the design-process are working with the same information, witch makes the entire process, from design to completion an efficient and transparent process.

We collaborate with others who have complementary skills. Ideas and experiences are easily shared. Our roles change continuously. Sometimes we are leading in complex projects, other times we modestly collaborate as a subcontractor.
